So Liam and I are on a quest to be healthier. We go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week, and I head off to my combat/attack/ab blast classes while his PT whips him into shape.
On Mondays after the gym, we stock up at the supermarket to procure our healthy ingredients for the week. One of our staples is a piece of grilled chicken to go with salad each day. A healthy dose of protein to keep us going! :) I marinate and grill up the chicken, then we wrap it in foil ready to go.
So I opened up my bag of food for the day, to find this placed neatly inside.
The boy is a goose! But I love him for it, bless his cotton socks! :)

ReplyDeleteI alternate between marinades, sometimes I make them and sometimes I get lazy and use a powder. This one is Masterfoods Moroccan seasoning - it is the BOMB!!
